Being healthy means there are many different things for teenage girls. Making good habits of diet and exercise is important, and therefore good hygiene. Being healthy means having a positive mental attitude, and making a sound decision about your body and behavior. To feel confident, stay healthy, look great, and take care of your body!

Choose healthy food. Your food is your fuel for your body and brain, so choose the fuel better! Reduce food intake with lots of sugar, salt and fats - Stay away from junk foods such as potato chips, canned and processed food, and pastries such as snack alice, fast food, fried food. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, low fat and fat-free dairy, and low-fat proteins such as fish, chicken, nuts, beans, peas and lentils. [1] Fruits like healthy snacks, somewhat nuts, some celery, or a piece of low fat cheese.

If you do not start to eat healthy, talk to your doctor or nutritionist. They can help you develop a plan that will get you all your essential vitamins, minerals and calories. You can also look at such online resources for some guidance. [2

2  There are good eating habits. Apart from what you eat, you can help you stay healthy and fit how you eat.
Do not leave the breakfast, which provides your body with the first day of fuel and helps you to concentrate. The good breakfast meal includes fruits, eggs, low fat milk, wheat cream, porridge, or whole grain toast.
Pack your lunch for school so that you can make a healthy meal for yourself. [3] Stay at home shopping and eating plan. You can also help the rest of your family to eat healthy! [4]
Your doctor can tell you whether you are in a healthy weight range or not. If your doctor advises you to lose weight, then control the size of your portion, that is, how much you eat at one time. [5] Use a small plate or bowl, place a food journal so that you can track your servicing and fill most of your plate with fruits and vegetables. [6] 
Be sure to get enough calories! If you are physically active then the average teenage girl should eat 1,600 to 1,800 calories a day if you are not very active and have 2,200 to 2,400 calories a day. [7]
Avoid Fad and Crash Diet. You will easily lose weight, and these are not good for your body. Always talk to your doctor before the diet, or if you have concerns about your weight.

Maintain a healthy weight. Rather than worry about your weight, think about your body mass index, or BMI. This calculation confirms the judges whether you keep a healthy weight for your age and height. You can use this calculator to find your BMI. [8]

 between the 5th and the

Keeping your body hydrated will help to control your metabolism and to cleanse your body. Drink at least 7 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated. [10]
Take a bottle of water with you and dip on the water all day long. Be sure to drink water whenever you are thirsty.
If it is hot or you are active then drink more water.
Your urine should be in 
light yellow color.
Boost your water's taste with slices of lemon, lemon or fresh fruit!
